“Ticking Stripe Red duvet cover and pillowcases The order took 6 weeks to arrive, maybe because I also ordered two pillows and was warned these were made to order. However 6 weeks felt like a long time. A note of apology for the delay was included in the order. Fabric for the duvet and pillowcases is soft and comfortable and the colour is as I had hoped. I am a bit disappointed that at the top of the duvet seam the stripes have not been matched up, so it looks untidy if you want to fold down the duvet cover in front of the pillows.”

“I was very impressed with the quality of the bedlinen and also customer service. Unfortunately the linen I ordered was the wrong colour and had to be returned. The customer service was brilliant and very reactive, unlike a lot of online companies who have to be chased up for receipt of returns and refunds Secret Linen were exemplary. I would highly recommend Secret Linen.”

“Quality and service were good, but duvet cover is far too big for duvet. Bought king size cover for brand new, good quality king size duvet but it is far bigger, causing flapping excess fabric to get tangled in! Pitty, because otherwise bedding is absolutely lovely.”

“Had a little mix up with delivery but that was soon sorted and resolved Loved the way it was packaged tied up with a cotton ribbon inside a heavy duty paper bag no plastic insight. Beautiful bedding I ordered from the linen range great to have a product that’s NOT made in China. I’ll be back for more.”

“I was a little disappointed that the aubergine wasn’t more vibrant. It looked better in the photo. But that said, it’s on the bed, it’s cosy & comfortable and my eyes are closed at night so can’t see it then anyway.”

“The experience of receiving the goods was excellent, they arrived soon and were beautifully packaged. However, I thought the colour was not quite as pictured. The spice shade more resembles terracotta, which clashes with my colour scheme. I don't want to sound obsessed, but the colour was the reason I ordered the goods. Otherwise the linen is very good quality.”

“We have an 'outsized' bed - Emperor - and it's impossible to find linen etc on the high street. SL have been amazing to deal with. Great selection, sensible prices and good quality. And it arrives really promptly, even in these difficult times. For years we have had a duvet that was too small for our bed - we treated ourselves to one the right size recently and it's amazing (we did have to wait a little longer for the duvet as it's bespoke made, but they warned us of this and it was all to the timeframe they said). Really like supporting this small entrepreneurial team too!”
