“I have used them twice and love the products, great quality and true to size. With one order I asked to change something and it was done quickly with the minimum of fuss. Definitely use them again.”

“I like the quality of Secret Linen and I sense they are a small business trying to grow in the toughest of times. I hope they do well. The packaging is great too, really nicely presented. What stopped me giving five stars is when I ordered I received an email saying my order would take three weeks which was not apparent when I placed it. I would not have ordered if I knew that in all honesty. As it turned out, the order arrived after a week, maybe ten days. My advice is be clear about the expectation and accurate on supply chain. I will buy again.”

“The merchandise is excellent quality. The bed linen washes really well and the two pillows are wonderful to sleep on. I’ll order some more in the New Year. The pillows did take quite a time to be delivered, but we were warned about this, as they came from Portugal.”

“I’ve only scored good as I’m yet to unpack and wash ready for finishing our bedrooms in our new home. However delivery was excellent and the linen looks good quality.”

“Love the cotton towels and the duck egg colour is perfect. It would have been 5 stars - except a couple of ‘pulls’ we’re in evidence after the first wash. Service excellent.”

“Very pleased with Tiny stripe Duck Egg bed linen, can't wait for final item to be back in stock so that I can actually use it. Waiting for flat sheet to complete the set, so left email on line asking to be contacted when it became available again. Phoned customer services and was assured that it will be back in stock imminently, but that was two weeks ago, and still no word. Now anxious that I won't be able to get it, which will be a problem in achieving the complete look I want on my bed!”

“The fabric quality is really good but on one of my duvet covers the button hole has ripped already and that was only after the first wash. I also bought two duvet covers but at first was only sent one and had to call up to have the second one sent. The lady I spoke to was very nice And helpful. She sent the second duvet set straight away. I would also recommend stating that the pillow cases don't come in a set. Overall I would buy again but just needs a few tweaks.”

“The service and delivery is very good. I have just received duvet cover set in cumin linen and think the colour is a bit ‘muddier’ than in the photos. This is the problem with buying on line. It is difficult to get a true colour. I will not be sending them back and will just add coloured pillow slips.”
