“I have struggled for a long time to buy decent pillows but Secret Linen has solved that problem. Encouraged, I ordered bed linen but in the middle of a house move. Everything turned up, at the correct address and is of superb quality. Customer services really know the meaning of the word, combining efficiency with friendly communication. I can’t fault this company, would recommend and will definitely be using again.”

“I have bought three sets now of the 600 thread count duvet, sheets, etc. and love them. I also like the linen but wanted the silky cotton for a change. The colours are subtle and lovely, the antique white just merges with whatever colour your bedroom happens to be. My bedrooms are muted pale grey and antique white and silver go perfectly. Service is great too, I received all my orders within a few days of ordering. I hope the quality never changes because I love the size. I have a super king bed and the pillowcases are so generous and fit my Tempur pillows with space left so they don/t scrunch up and change the structure of the pillows which is very important. I won't hesitate to buy more and pass on the word.”

“Friendly and helpful on the phone. Excellent range and product, though I do find the linen sheets not as soft as I expected. I am hoping this improves after washing. I think it would be helpful when sending out paperwork, it stated if other goods are on back order and still to come. It would be a big help to worriers and save a phone call.”
