“I ordered two king size duvet covers, they were delivered quickly and beautifully packaged with no plastic, which was lovely. I was absolutely delighted with the Pinecones cover, it feels amazing quality and looks fantastic, minimal to no ironing needed, just what I was after, makes the bedroom look wonderful. But the Hotel Stripe one was a disappointment. It feels thinner than I expected, and it is horrible to iron - no matter how hard I try it still looks rumpled, and there was a small pull in the fabric. It's OK, but I wouldn't describe it as hotel quality. But I'd buy anything similar to the Pinecones cover in a heartbeat - interesting that the two items are so different!”

“Order arrived much before expected time and was very attractively packaged. I also enjoyed the tea bag which accompanied my order - a lovely touch. Have used the bedding, washed it and am extremely pleased with it. The price was originally a concern but I think it was money well spent.”

“My first order with Secret Linen Store, I ordered the super king size Pebble Grey 100% linen duvet and pillow cases and love them, the colour is as expected and they are lovely to sleep in and the size is good (a little larger than the duvet but not a problem). I recommend using fabric softener and line drying if you can to keep them soft. The best thing of all - no ironing! Packaging was beautifully done, folded and tied with ribbon in a sturdy paper sack rather than the usual box, it all arrived in pristine order with minimal plastic.”

“The customer service is great with friendly and helpful staff. The website is easy to use. The only issue was the actual product itself. Advertised as "sensationally soft" with a "smooth sateen finish", I found the twill weave of this particular style to be quite rough and a little uncomfortable against the skin. In warmer weather this is an issue as there is more skin in contact with the sheets. So I will put them away until winter. The colour and the look of the sheets are lovely and they don't crease in the wash.”

“So pleased with my natural linen bedding; love the colour. It was a bit of a leap from my usual choice of crisp white percale cotton; soon got used to it though! Washed and line dried, back on the bed looking very presentable, despite going nowhere near an iron; what a bonus!”
