“The bed linen is fantastic. But I ordered 5 pillows, they are terrible!!!!!I couldn't sleep on it, it gave me neck and back pain, I don't know what to do with them. Especially since I have bought 24 king size pillow cases from you.”

“I had been looking for purple cotton sheets for a long time but couldn’t find the right shade. I’ve never bought linen sheets before but saw these in a list of best bedsheets and decided to give them a try. I love them, just bought my second set.”

“Absolutely beautiful colour and quality. Have had duvet cover and slips in blush pink for a couple of years and have now just bought the same in duck egg. Makes going to bed, especially in these strange times, and absolute joy. I am surrounded in luxury! Alison”

“This is my second order & I am again very pleased with everything about it! The quality of the cotton is just amazing. It’s from Portugal & it’s wonderful. I bought the small navy stripe set for a super king size & it’s a real stunner- especially as it was discounted. Keep up the service, the quality , the packaging- the whole experience & I’ll be back for more....”

“I have recently bought x2 duvet covers and pillow cases. I particularly love the duck egg linen set. Needs minimal ironing and is so comfortable to sleep in. I’ve also just ordered some French Blue cotton towels as I love the Blush Pink set I already have. The towels look nice and are a great size, completing my new bathroom. Everything comes beautifully wrapped and you don’t have to wait long for them. Well done x”

“Unfortunately the valance I.ordered was not correct measurement. This was replaced and the second one was exactly the same. Both were too short and not the length quoted on the website,Therefore no purchase was made.”

“The website was easy to navigate. I needed fitted sheets for my mother’s adjustable bed which has a longer mattress. I ordered to sheets and they were promptly dispatched. Due to a glitch in the ordering process the sheets were dispatched to the billing address instead of the shipping address. Luckily I picked this up in time and rang the Secret Linen Store switchboard. They politely and quickly intercepted the delivery process to have the parcel redirected to my mother. The sheets arrived in appropriate packaging with a personal touch. They are perfect for my mother, she loves the feel of them and that they do not ride up or crease when she operates the motor in the bed frame. I am going to order more bedlinen from the Secret Linen Store to give as gifts.”
