“I ordered the flowers from Secret Garden for Roberta and Martin Lerner on Friday, June 3, 2022 to be delivered on Saturday June 4. On June 5, after the flowers were not delivered, I wanted to know why. I was told they went out for delivery but weren't delivered. No reason was given. I was then told that fresh flowers would be delivered. They were not delivered until Tuesday, June 7. I had the Lerner's send me a photo of the and they were not as full as pictured. This was an expensive bouquet and I was disappointed in the shoddy delivery and the inadequate arrangement. Some accommodation was promised after the delay of delivery, but when I attempted to call, no one answered. A big disappointment. Judith Sue Meisner”

“Very disappointed in your service. It was my daughter‘s birthday and she was stuck by her self with Covid we wanted the flowers to come first thing in the morning , we were told you opened at nine , to cheer her up. Needless to say after several phone calls they arrived at 1:30. Order was placed the day before with plenty of time to ensure a am delivery!”

“I paid $131 for sunflowers to be delivered for my niece's birthday on Wed Nov 17th. The flowers were droopy upon arrival, then dead the following morning. The second delivery was just as bad. My niece's friend also sent sunflowers from a DIFFERENT FLORIST and they are STILL in great shape & today is Saturday Nov 20th! I am asking for a full refund as this has ruined my birthday gift and embarrassed me.”

“My dearest friend lost her daughter unexpectedly last Thursday. So I wanted to send some beautiful flowers. I went to the funeral home last night for the wake. I saw my flowers on a small table I spent close to $150 they were such a disappointment . There were pink roses that were dead in the arrangement. I was very upset for the amount of money I paid it was extremely small and the flowers poor quality. I would’ve taken a picture but I thought that might’ve been a little tacky in the middle of the service. I will not use your company again”
