“I paid almost $300 for a large designers choice arrangement that turned out to be a small bunch of flowers in a simple glass vase. I was expecting a statement bouquet. Was very dissatisfied. Called Secret Garden Rose, to let them know & sent a pic. Was told that the manager would contact me. Never heard back. The website pic is very misleading. Looked like a $60 arrangement rather than almost $300.”

“The customer service was good, I placed my order over the phone from Canada I ordered a Xmas flower arrangement, for $275 US not once was mentioned about a $20 delivery fee, the arrangement was not thank you my expectations, small limited flowers mainly carnations. I would not recommend secret harden , I was very disappointed for price and quality. Hopefully thru last a week. Alberta Canada 🇨🇦”

“When order was placed, I specified morning delivery from 10:00 AM. I was told that that would be honored. At 2 PM I called and asked where it was, again stated it was promised in the AM & the representative said she would check with the driver and call me back. I did not receive a call back and then called 20 minutes later only to be told it would be another hour. I asked to speak to the manager, someone else came on the line and said it would now be around 4 PM. I told her it was to be the morning. I asked that she cancel the order as it was not delivered when promised. She said she would advise her manager and that he was too busy to come to the phone. The order ending up coming around 5PM”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered and was told they could go out that evening or by 11 the next morning. Timing was important to me as I explained. They weren’t delivered until after 4 the next day. My recipient barely had time to enjoy them due to scheduling. Very disappointed!”

“I called on 8/4 flowers sent 8/9 for my mom's best friend's B'Day. They are 95 I was told a tropical bouquet I was not. Empressed. Presentation not pretty at all!”

“Overpriced. The item delivered was a dim representation of the photos. Nice flowers and fast service for day of delivery, which is what I needed, but otherwise I am disappointed for the money I spent.”

“The flowers were great, delivery was terrible. The girl they used for delivery called me telling me she doesn’t make enough money and was having trouble finding the apartment in the building. She proceeded to be rude and nasty with me and said she was only being paid ten dollars and parked illegally and didn’t want a ticket. I did not make her choose that job, i did not make her park illegally. I’ll never use this place again because of this rude employee.”

“I live in Michigan. My daughter got married at the court house in Manhattan so I sent flowers. They said they were beautiful which was impotent to me. Everything went great, delivered on time, nice note and arrangement. Thank you very much.”

“Terrible experience the delivery was a day late, the driver calling me couldn’t find the location which is in the same neighborhood as the florist! They told me if was delivered when it wasn’t & fir 2 days I had over 10 calls in order to straighten it out! I spent $165 I won’t refer them or use them ever again”

“We purchased a few small "vase arrangements" for cocktail tables for a non-profit event. The quality was horrible...almost wilted looking upon delivery. For over $350, we should have bought a $30 bouquet from a grocery store and some glass bottles and it would have looked better. So disappointing.”

“I'm so confused. I paid $99 just for the bouquet before shipping and other fees so I was expecting a somewhat sizable bouquet, and the bouquet looks SIGNIFICANTLY smaller and tinier than the one portrayed online. Misleading.”

“While the flower arrangement was beautiful, we had extreme difficulties getting the flowers delivered and they arrived three days later than we requested. This defeated the whole purpose of ordering the flowers in the first place, and we will not be ordering from here again unless significant changes are made to the delivery process.”

“I’m extremely disappointed in the service of your company. I ordered a birthday bouquet for a close friend, with the explicit assurance that it would arrive that night, on her birthday. The bouquet did not arrive till the next day, which defeated the entire purpose of the purchase.”

“Your sales rep Jason was wonderful , my purchase was not the purchase I chose it wasn’t wrapped as in the photo and I asked for two balloons happy birthday and a nurse balloon not to mention it was delivered at 10 pm also 165.09 for that I felt like I was raped , I would never use or recommend you to anyone I love ever”

“So disappointing. The Pink Blossom arrangement for a wake was not what I ordered. The roses were not in a blossom-style design but cut/displayed in random heights. What a difference from what is featured on the website! No attention to detail. Anyone could put roses randomly in a vase. And, my name was spelled incorrectly on the card. Additionally, the communication/receipt sent to me (the buyer) was addressed to the deceased. Seriously.”
