The 200 I paid for the order of flowers sent to my sister was extreme high. I was expecting a lot more flowers for what I paid. I feel like I got a simple vase and a smallish bundle of assorted flowers for 200 dollars. What I received was a 45 dollar arrangement for 200 dollars. I wanted something special for 200 dollars not a 25 dollar arrangement from a grocery store.

Hi there We were very disappointed with the flowers that got delivered to our client Scott Mikita for The Phantom of the Opera opening last night. I asked for purples, yellows and whites primarily No carnations…please compare what you sent to the pictures of flowers we have sent below. What you sent did not even come close to what we wanted to send our client on his big opening night. Attached are some examples of bouquets we have sent to our clients for less money than you charged, I might add. We would like to get reimbursed for at least half of the money that we paid you. Please put it back on my credit card. The bill came to $144.99 I would appreciate it. Thank you Renee Glicker

The two dozen roses that I ordered were not delivered. I ordered two dozen longstem, fully dressed roses of arranged in a vase. I got two dozen short, stemmed bluntly cut stuffed in a vase all of the same length with a little greenery around the bottom. It looked like somebody bought it from a street vendor. Embarrassed is not the word for it! I would not ever advise anyone to buy anything from this company. When I called to complain, they told me someone would get back to me the next day which never happened. Disgusted! Sincerely,, Debbie Harris

I asked for a photo of the flowers, and the card, so they could identify them. I have no idea what they looked like. You had my phone number and my email address. Also, I asked for the flowers to be addressed to Mrs. Jackie Siegel, not just Jackie Siegel. How do I know that was done?

I paid $130 for a bouquet that looked like something form a grocery store for $35 Not what I was promised I called to speak to someone and they never called back I would like a refund

I spoke w Luke …. Specifically asked for baby’s breath n a pink bow on vase ….. there was no baby’s breath in the roses n no bow on vase …. He rambled off the colors of bows …. A lot good that did

Frequently Secret Garden Rose has exceeded expectations on their floral creations. My Easter Tulip order was not up to their usual creations. Several of the Tulips have not opened and (2) were damaged and broken.

Flowers were rotting and turning brown and dropping at the stems upon delivery. There were very clearly not fresh even though the arrangement was made that day. AND the delivery was a DAY EARLY. I was not there to receive them. So extremely disappointing. I will never use them again

On-line photo Delivered to my daughter These look skimpy very skimpy compared to what is pictured in your on line choices. I don’t expect you to do anything. I just want you to see the comparison and tell me I didn’t just spend $151.00 on the larger picture. I’m embarrassed. Linda DeMatteo

Actually 1 star is being too gracious. Arrangement never delivered on expected day or the day after. Customer service rep not helpful I was told I could not speak to a supervisor! Nor was he helpful on two f/u calls the following day! I’m shocked to read these glowing reviews from others.

Had a terrible experience, I was lied to & no help In my order of flowers , will never use this company, my plan was to make periodic flowers Delivery, not a good company !!

Delivery to the wrong address for Mother’s Day. Took another 24 hours to get a replacement figured out. Such a headache never again

I was very disappointed in the Secret Garden Rose. I explained my budget limit but was charged $60 beyond that. In terms of the note, they literally did not get one word right. As for the flowers, yes they were attractive, but did not follow the color scheme I requested. Not cool at all. Will avoid in the future and will warn others.

Very Disappointing! Ordered delivery for Tuesday Valentines Day, delivered on Monday. Ordered multicolored roses, all light & dark pink & were all fully opened. Came in a plain clear vase, no bow or baby’s breath. Came in a plain white shopping bag which was wet from the water in vase. I will be disputing this charge with my Credit Card company. Worst experience with flower delivery I’ve ever had.

called and spoke to Luke. Was very specific with wanted I wanted, as I was sending flowers to a customer. They did not send what I paid for. I called early in the morning to try and make it right. Luke said he had to talk to the manager. They didn't get back to me, until late in the day. They said they were going to send me a $40 gift card for next time. I said there would be no next time. They had plenty of time to remake the order. I am not going to say the arrangement wasn't nice, it wasn't what I ordered.

Awful products and customer service. Buyer beware! I purchased a peony bouquet. The flowers were the wrong color,diseased and half dead. It’s been over a month trying to get a full refund.
