“Hello - We ordered a bouquet somewhat late in the day (early for us here in Colorado, but late for NYC. But same delivery was promised and they - you! did deliver a beautiful bouquet to my son in Greenpoint. They were thrilled as they expected guests from overseas later that same day and the flowers really added a nice touch to their apartment.”

“Ordered a small basket of sympathy flowers. The order was delivered on time even as a late same day request. I would have appreciated a picture of my order and use of a basket in place of the vase that was received. Nonetheless, this is a reputable florist.”

“Customer service was great, the website is logical and easy to navigate, and the flowers were beautiful. I am docking one star for the delivery. The flowers were a birthday gift for an 89 year old woman. I was hoping they would be delivered earlier in the day, but they were delivered after 7:00 pm and the delivery was just left on the porch. The flowers remained outside overnight and were not discovered until the next morning, the day after the birthday, blocking the front door. For all the good reasons listed above, I will likely still use them in the future, even with the disappointing delivery.”

“The candle is very nice. Burns clean. However, my particular desire was for a candle with a strong white cedar scent and this one is quite subtle. I will continue in my quest for the perfect white cedar candle. White cedar is awesome!”

“Luke helped me to customize a memorial arrangement using lilacs and ivy. it was a non traditional arragement and I appreciated his patience and professionalism while we sorted out the arrangement.”

“They made an initial mistake with the flowers ordered but once they were made aware of error they redelivered beautiful flowers. Luke, salesman, was courteous and honorable.”

“Easy to work with, however delivered to the front door when it was dark, flowers sat outside for 2 hours before my daughter realized they were there. Otherwise beautiful bouquet of colorful flowers.”

“I was very pleased with the arrangement and I asked for a very specific delivery window which they were able to achieve. My only disappointment was that my name was on the invoice and the invoice was delivered with the flowers. So, the recipient knew who sent them. Oh, well. I would still definitely recommend them.”

“The flowers are so fresh and beautiful. I love it. Unfortunately, the flowers did not arrive at the destination in time when I mentioned them on the order form. However my sis-in-law like that flowers. So we are okay.”
