“Pros: - delivered quickly (within hours) - made some customizations easily Cons: - flowers received were not in great shape (specially for price). Understandable for the speed. - ordered over the phone which ended up with a $20 delivery fee and $10 more expensive. $30 more than on DoorDash. I asked on the phone and was told ordering through them would be better which I believed.”

“I was disappointed that my order that was placed the prior ( not the same) day did not arrive until 6:15PM and then only after 2 calls placed inquiring about the timing of the delivery”

“I was optomistic that Luke at Secret Garden would handle my order efficiently. Unfortunately because of A series of errors beginning with greeting cards not addressed correctly the two poinsettia plants were not delivered to the proper floors at this facility. One was eventually tracked down and delivered and the second cannot be found. I am sad that the 15 floor did not receive my holiday gift and of course I spent 100 dollars for nothing.”

“I ordered a designer series bouquet which , per the description on your site, stated it had poppies, water roses and ranunculous. This was great, something different, I was willing to pay the price for those flowers. The actual bouquet that was delivered, while pretty, was not the bouquet I ordered. The one delivered had a couple poppies, a couple ranunculous, roses and mundane carnations and mums! Not what I ordered. If Secret Garden Rose did not have enough flowers to complete the bouquet as they had described on their site they should have let me know so I could have said OK go ahead or let me have the option to choose a different bouquet. Definitely disappointed.”

“Very disappointed. Ordered flowers on Thursday to be delivered Friday. Never came until after 6 pm. Closer to 9 pm. Recipient received them Saturday morning. Beautiful flowers but an 86 year old needs flowers delivered before 6 pm.”

“Flowers were gorgeous and a good value but the colors of the bouquet delivered were not as requested. I phoned with a specific flower and color request. The request was confirmed doable. What was delivered is not what I requested.”

“Asked for tulips, got none, said no pink, got lots of pink, asked for low arrangement for dining table, got tall arrangements, asked for no scent … you get the theme. One positive, flowers were delivered on time and they were fresh.”

“Delivery is prompt and flowers appear as dense and varied as the picture promises. But the florist clearly used flowers that were old so they all wilted the same day. Not what I would expect from flowers you paid $100+”
