“Asked for tulips, got none, said no pink, got lots of pink, asked for low arrangement for dining table, got tall arrangements, asked for no scent … you get the theme. One positive, flowers were delivered on time and they were fresh.”

“Delivery is prompt and flowers appear as dense and varied as the picture promises. But the florist clearly used flowers that were old so they all wilted the same day. Not what I would expect from flowers you paid $100+”

“Overall, the ordering experience and quality of the product was very good. However, they delivered on the wrong day, even though I ordered many days in advance. My "on time" delivery question below will say no as, the way I look at it, a day too early is nearly as bad as a day too late.”

“Flowers were specified find me to be delivered on Friday after 9 AM and they delivered them Thursday night 9 PM the person was away until midnight Thursday night It ruined the whole birthday surprise hopefully they’ll be some compensation I’m what I was billed!! Thank you appreciate it”

“I would give a 4 but their order tracking falls short. The "Shop" app that the website said to download never said delivered. I had no way to know that the delivery would even be on the day that it was required without going through customer service. There should be a better way to track delivery.”

“We should have bought a basket piece.. the arrangement we ordered was to small.. I guess I,v been out of the flower shop to long… we owned two shops. FTD ..Telaflora ect.. We retired at the advent of computer.ordering…1979. we were a bit embarrassed with what we chose”

“First, the flowers that were delivered were absolutely gorgeous! However the flowers did not look anything like what I ordered, and that was disappointing. Also, I specifically asked for the flowers to be delivered before 2, was assured they would be delivered before 2, and then they were not delivered until after 2. The recipient was not home at the time and someone else took the flowers in.”
