“I paid for same day/weekend delivery which was quite expensive and my flowers were not delivered. The only way I discovered this was calling the next day and asking, only to find out not only were the flowers not delivered the previous day, but were not delivered again the next day. Had I not called, I have no idea if I would have even been informed of this. The company was unable to deliver the flowers that day and assured me they would arrive the next day in the morning and I would be refunded the same day delivery free. I called the company around 1pm the following day. Still no delivery. Eventually my flowers were delivered, I was told they were quite beautiful. I still have not received a refund for the same day delivery.”

“I am extremely disappointed in the flower arrangement. The quality of the flowers is not good - not as all as pictured on your website. They were sparse and poorly arranged. I could have done better with grocery store flowers plunked in a vase. Having spent $180 for these flowers, I couldn't be more annoyed, and will do my best to make sure others hear of this bad experience.”

“I was a little disappointed at the quality and freshness of the flowers. The rose was already turning brown the second day and the hydrangea wasn’t really vibrant. I’m not saying I wouldn’t try you again, but for the price I’d expected fresher flowers. I hope this helps with future orders.”

“The flowers that arrived look nothing like the photograph. It was a much arrangement and not $100 worth of flowers. The card was a big piece of paper that was almost bigger than the arrangement. Im embarrassed.”
