“So happy i found this place, hidden gem on stelton road, had no idea how big it was until I stopped by for a tour, eventhough they are almost full the manager was able to give me plenty of options, happy renter here!”

“I got my storage on 7/23. I saw the online deals but decided to go in person. I was greeted at the door cause it was raining which was so welcoming. I had the best service, personal tour and view of the units I was needing, went thru all the legalities including; insurance, due date, payment amounts, late fees, how/when monthly invoices are sent, lock/keys and hours of entry. With this attentive and informative customer service, there will be no surprises regarding my unit. This only took about 45 mins and I was able to start loading my unit that same day! My only negative would be getting more then the 3 loading carts on site. Patrons use all 3 when moving items. We just patiently waited in between trips.”

“Bait and switch advertising. If you "reserve" a price on the Internet and go down a couple of hours later to do the paperwork do not be surprised to find that your supposed reserved unit is not available. I am sure they have CYAed their fannies in the small print. The practice may not be illegal, but it is unethical.”

“I went to secure a unit that I reserved online. Alan (then manager) told me to come back on friday (this was Monday) to pay and the cost would be the price i got online, no problem. I arrived friday morning and Alan was in the office with Courtney. Alan had quit. This could have been akward but instead Courtney was very curtious, knowlegable and very friendly. I had reserved a unit for 2 months at half price and when I went to pay and finalize renting the space the computer was showing the rent to be $30 more than the reserved price. Courtney made a phone call and minutes later the computer reflected the correct reserved price. She was fun to work with and I felt none of the stress I've been dealing with from moving. My experience was a positive one and I will recommend this facility to friends. Thanks Courtney for all your help!”

“I previously rented a unit from a SecureSpace competitor. I needed a larger space, so I am now renting a much larger unit at SecureSpace at a cost that is much less than the cost of my previous unit. Additionally, the new unit is modern and easier to access.”

“My 3 wheel motor cycle would not start after picking up some items. The manager was so understanding and cooperative. She allowed me to leave it on site until I could get it towed. I thank her so much for her kindness and understanding. 10 stars.”
