“I was looking to pick out strains to grow for next spring and was impressed with the wide selection available on the website. Ordering and paying went thru without any problems and I feel like I got a really good deal with the black friday sale that was going on at the time of my order. My only complaint with my order was. As I opened my package, I found an envelope containing free seeds. I thought it was a nice touch to include some extra free seeds. But they were in an envelope marked "Mystery Seeds". I would rather know exactly what I was planting. Gave them to a friend.”

“The seeds arrived quickly and germinated in less than 24hrs. The only negative is the freebies were not shipped and this is the 2nd order the freebies weren’t included. I wasn’t informed you had run out of gelato 41bx. Your csr texted to me hadn’t replied back in time and the window for getting them closed. Are freebies a marketing gimmick?”

“I always have shopped here. Got my seeds discreetly, and in a timely manner, and my clones alive, looking good. I found everything very easy the loyalty program is great for extra seeds.At your checkout, which helps out a lot.Because seeds are not cheap, not by my standards.Anyway, but at least you can get them all at one place. The only reason why I took a star away is because I follow a youtuber who plans directly in the soil which I have also done.And have never had a problem until my last seed Purchase. I got my seeds excited. It was a mega mix, so you have no idea what you're gonna get. And there are 6 seeds and I plant them the way I always do which I never had a problem. And neither has the youtuber, and only 3 of the seeds. Germinated, and the other three did not. I did not overwater them. I did everything that I would have normally done. And because I didn't germinate it in a plastic bag with a paper towel or the round thing that they give you to germinate seeds, which I have used before And it's great or in a cup of water The peroxide they didn't replace my seeds is the only time I've ever had an issue. And I was really disappointed because the company has been top A for everything else, except when I follow a youtuber that they actually Promote Seedsman company, because they like it too. And they're an affiliate And I just was really disappointed that they didn't replace the seeds.If it was replaced, I would give them five stars undoubtedly, and they are still the ones I will go to 2 buy seeds. I just don't know if I will purchase any very expensive.Seeds, because if they don't germinate, and I don't get a replacement, I don't have money to just buy seeds and do nothing. I have a controlled tent and the perfect atmosphere in my tent.For growing.”

“Website is not user friendly. Trouble with credit card order because cc home address and shipping address not the same. Be aware of that on your first order. Seeds were delivered timely. Having some difficulty with free seeds germinating. First time ordering from this company.”

“Marketing is good prices are about perfect for some people the only problem I have is the delivery but it’ll still arrive seedsman is trusted and overall a good company they have amazing customer service so whoever complained about no customer service ur wrong”
