“Always have had 5-star service and product at Seedsman until my most recent order. This time I experienced confusing info about the free product promotion. When I requested clarification from Seedsman support, I felt like I was trying to have a conversation with an alien life form. Many tickets were written and "cleared" over several days without my issue/question being addressed. Finally, you offered to send me some free seeds which, while not directly answering my question, allowed me to workaround the issue and complete my purchase. A telephone call to a human being could have successfully cleared the confusion in a matter of seconds, but I saw no telephone no. offered. Though this most recent customer service experience was exasperating, your instinct to make a peace offering with free seeds paid off for me, and you. You ultimately kept me as a happy customer and I look forward to working with you again in the future.”

“I was able to easily find and order the autoflower seeds I wanted. The delivery could have been quicker, but I still received the seeds as promptly as can be expeted these days. Very unfortunately, however, NONE of the seeds sprouted. I believe this was because of the 100 Degree+ temperatures in my garden I should have started and grown them indoors.”

“Difficult to obtain information from 'Babs The Bot' about veteran discounts. Is the discount only available on 'your first purchase'? If so, that leaves me, and I think many others, out of the discount program after our first purchase. Seed and plant information varies. How tall does the ______ get? Some seed information is given as short, medium or large. What is the difference?”

“Shopping was easy. Some seeds were expensive. My purple ghost candy, Alaskan dos-si-do, and Gorilla jealousy didn't come up. Peanut butter souffle is thriving. First time growing, so might have been me. Still will buy more when these are done. It's a lot of fun.”

“Good selection of strains to choose from. Purchases always arrive in a timely manner; usually within a week. 100% of seeds purchased have popped. I have gotten some nice harvests. I also clone the photoperiods with good success. Love getting the extra seeds and goodies for free. GrandmaGrows”
