“Your web sit is ok and I liked your packaging. But I really was not the biggest fan of Seedsman coaster or the free beens. I would have rather gotten some night owl plant tags or stickers to go with my N.O. Order and some a bit more exciting beens that I might actually use. I get that these are a courtesy throw in for your customers but I do a fair amount of business with one of your direct competitors mainly North Atlantic and they seem to constantly make their throw in’s fun to get and match or some times exceed what you would get straight from the breeder. After all when a customer is paying $15 + for seeds it’s nice to have that oh cool look what they added moment! I also said that the website was just ok only due to the fact as it being my first time using the site maybe I was doing something incorrect with my searches but I seemed to get two different lists when I searched the breeder and when I searched the flowering type and looked for the same breeder. maybe it was operator error 🤷🏼. Hope this is helpful and I want to note that overall I had a good experience and you had exactly what I was looking for so A+ or that!”

“There should be more freebies for someone who spends more than $400 on your site! I received my order in a timely fashion which I do appreciate. The website could use work. It doesn't keep seeds in the cart very long so every time I went to order i had to start all over again.”
