“When it comes to the process of pulling my order I was very disappointed it but I’m a very anxious person and when I want something I want it now. I opted for the priority shipping and still didn’t receive my order for ten days. Besides that I’m totally amazed by the response time from customer service and the friendliness of the staff I’ve spoken with also the genetics are proving to be the most vigorous I’ve seen in my garden. I’m more and more impressed as the days go by and believe me that’s not easy to do at all. I gave you guys four stars for giving me four gray hairs waiting for my order to be picked and packaged. And seed quality and variety gets five stars for appearance and vigor from pop to mid veg. I’m happy so far and I expect I’ll be more happy in 10 more weeks.”

“I am very disappointed with my experience. I placed my order on April 6, and as of April 22, I have been waiting for more than 16 days for my delivery. The website states that delivery to Europe takes 3–10 days, but my order has already exceeded that timeframe by a large margin. What makes it even more frustrating is that there is no clear information on your website about what is happening with my package. The shipment was sent via Correos from Spain, but there is almost no useful tracking information available on their website either. I expected a much better level of service. Unfortunately, this long delay, lack of transparency, and poor communication have left me very disappointed, and I would not recommend ordering unless the delivery process is significantly improved.”

“Was told I would receive a bonus seed with my order and did not. I was told after the fact that using my bonus points would negate my free seed. Also, of the 6 seeds I received only 3 were successful and they all were started the same way leading me to believe it was not error on my part. I won't buy again.”

“Excited to see Results Ordered Tangerine 🍊 ❄️. 5 seeds. Got 5 free And a cpl.gifts. Wish it was stickers!! Had a shipping issue with USPS. Seedsman c just serv.resolved the issue pretty fast. All good. Paper towel method. 5 popped 24hrs. Season begins. Good seller.”
