“Overall experience is decent. Only a few times in the past have we not received an order. Although the last time we tried to order there was a promotion going on that didn't apply things properly so we didn't get what we wanted due to a hiccup in the system.”

“UPDATE: Customer service was extremely kind and very responsive. They have kindly offered to send me out new seeds when the ones I had didn’t germinate. Customer service has been so very nice and understanding.
