“Had some issues with the site saying one price and it being another when I click on it. It appears this was an issue between promotions. It had ended but the site hadn’t updated. Unfortunately I just got told it was an issue my end. Which it wasn’t. Also a small percentage not germinating. Otherwise a good and fast service.”

“I received my order that was incomplete. I went to the customer service email and they fixed it. It would have been better if they gave me some free samples with the second shipment, but overall, I got my order. Thank you.”

“Ordering, delivering, and overall experience were fine. Biggest bummer is that only 3 seeds germinated out of the 5 I got. It’s a risk we take, it just sucks”

“The selection at Seedsman is outstanding! If it’s out there, they can get it!! Just as important as variety, is quality. I haven’t had a bad seed yet. In the event I do, or should any other questions come up, the awesome customer support team at Seedsman will have it handled with a quickness. The website is pretty clunky and your cart doesn’t save at all, so be patient. While you’re being patient, order your seeds with plenty of lead time as it takes about a week to process your order, and then whatever shipping takes. Overall, Seedsman is a great company with a huge variety and reliable without the gimmicks and games of other places, and will remain my go-to source.”

“I am happy with my experience shopping and buying seeds from Seedsman. I made my first order last year and the results were well beyond my expectations. I have one issue and that is with paying for insurance for delivery and the performance of the USPS. I made a small order of about $30 worth of seeds, for which I paid about $8 to ship and $6 for insurance I think? My order arrived a week late, and USPS never updated their tracking info, leaving me in the dark the whole time. Why should I pay half the price of my order to insure and ship a package that weighs almost nothing then it arrives a week late? I think maybe you should only encouarage people to buy insurance on larger orders, I feel like I'm wasting my money. Fifteen bucks to ship a thirty dollar order...”
