“This useless company turned up 2 hours late with no apology. The guy then complained that my oven was dirty. He did a terrible job meaning that I had to call in another company to do the job this bunch of idiots could not do properly.”

“Select oven cleaning always do a great job on my oven. They come twice a year so I just have to keep on top of it myself and they do the really difficult bits. They are always helpful, professional and punctual.”

“3/4 of my kitchen floor was left with sticky black residue which I then had to clean up with my Vax. Also had to Vax the hall. Their response was we take all feedback on board.”

“I have to admit it was dirty as I had not had the time to do an interim clean. Matt was pleasant young man but think I’ve had a better clean in the past. Not sure the fan or hob were cleaned in the package I pay for .”

“Hello Matt turned up on time and was friendly and done a fantastic job on my double oven. He said that he is new to the job but he certainly done the company proud. Very good work. Left the kitchen clean and tidy afterwards.”

“Nathan came in the pre arranged time slot. I got a text 18 minutes before he arrived to give a more accurate time. He wore a mask & was very efficient & polite. A very good job. My oven & hob look amazing & my package includes the extractor fan area being cleaned too & a new filter .”

“Very unhappy. Booked an oven clean for today and was told last week that the cleaner would arrive between 8.30am and 9am. By 10am no one had arrived. I tried to contact the offices but was not able to speak to anyone, I emailed with no response. Eventually by posing as a new customer I got through to someone and was astonished to be told that the company had had an office meeting and the cleaner had only just left the office. At 10.30am the cleaner arrived, two hours late and no apology. He then astounded me by complaining that my oven was dirty!! What in Gods name did he expect, was I supposed to clean if before he arrived? The level of cleaning was awful, the grill pan was not touched, neither was the back of the oven. Its so bad that I have called in another company to do another clean. A complete waste of my time and no value for the £105 I paid. When I called to complain I was met with a lacklustre response. Use this company at your peril.”

“The oven was not as dirty as many seen I understand and as a whole was quite happy with the clean. I was not happy with the mess being walked though the hall from the clean and the fact he was an hour later than arranged without any message to inform me.”
