“Our electric oven was cleaned really well and left sparkling but our gas hob wasn’t cleaned quite as well. A dirty area on one of the rings was completely missed (Will email photo to the office) plus I did have to wipe down the cupboard under the oven and the floor afterwards which is not a huge problem. Very polite and friendly.”

“The oven was not cleaned properly and the many places that were left an oven repair man and I did ourselves a couple of days later. Although the company did offer to send the same man out again, why would I want someone who didn't do a good job the first time back again? They were unable to send anyone else as it seems there is only 1 man for the whole of Hertfordshire. Also Select did not apply the £10 first time discount properly (only gave me £5) until I queried this and was told it was a clerical error. The pricing of the job seemed made up as I don't have a single invoice with the actual amount I paid (£105). I have 3 separate 'invoices' and non of these reflect the actual cost to me. I think I have been short changed and it was a bad clean. Will not be using again.”

“i am very pleased with the result.the young man was very efficient and i would recommend him. but your office should not give out times.as mine was 12pm to 2pm and he turned up at 3pm. not his fault.but i had to cancell an appointment.”

“Chris rushed the job, he left cleaning products on the racks and trays. He was very rough taking the door off and left cleaner on the inside of the door which he said would evaporate, it hasn’t. He splashed cleaner on the kitchen cupboards.”
