“Hi all at Selectatrack , from the six tracks I downloaded I was very pleased with four of them . . Angels , Robbie williams , you make my dreams come true , Hall&Oates , Shangalang , Bay City Rollers and Islands in the stream by The Bee Gees, were all excellent . unfortunately runaround Sue by Dion did not have the full intro part which was missing and Build me up Buttercup by the the Foundations faded out at the end just as it went into the key change . because of this both these tracks were unusable for me, I perform in a duo and the backing tracks i use need to have proper intro parts and defined endings so i was slightly disappointed with both these tracks . I will use Selectatrack again though as the positives far outweigh the negitives”

“All tracks I get from you are always great but I would like it if they had less time in between songs as the wait time is sometimes 10 Seconds and some even 16 I believe 5 second gaps in between tracks would be better regards Keith”

“Once 'got to grips', with the website, (which initially I was confused), it worked out fine. This confusion I believe was simply due to the fact that Selectatrack is different to other backing track sites, due to the nature of the 'beast', Offering various versions of the same song for the customer to choose, which now I find brilliant. (I tend to like clean heavy bass tight sound). It's good to have the chooice. However, I did find it was difficult to find written information to work the site and payment terms, and did have to call via telephone to find instructions. Still wasn't that clear. However, all sorted now! One final note: Can't seem to get backing track: SLOW DOWN LINDA by Eric Clapton; from anyone! SBI have but I feel it's a bit 'wishy washy!' (Tight sounds is my preferred choice). Sincere regards Tony Letts (BIG TL)”

“the BEST : I found the payment schedules easy on this site and at vista print they use the same shopping cart format , however down loading songs was confusing however at least if you log back in from email you can still download not true of all karioke providers , some are so hard you just want to leave as i have on several occasions not so with this site and its tolerable format however my one peeve was the songs was the lyrics some were remixes not the original i sought .. eg in the style of .... one i downloaded was teardrops on my guitar not real good rendition would have preferred the original ... didn't know where to find it. but on the other hand very comprehensive library.”

“I've downloaded quite a few tracks from you, but I must admit that quite a few times what I have downloaded has not been what I wanted, inasmuch as, I've downloaded just backing tracks, and not the ones + graphics,- my own fault I know,but I can't understand why you have the backing track for a certain song, but not backing + graphics. I suppose there's a technical or legal reason ? A good site nonetheless! Best regards, Tony.”

“Very good selection. I would buy alot more songs if I could buy singles. Good quality tracks. Got a bit trapped with your new HDA tracks. I have no need for the voice over, but like Abraxas because some tracks have no second voice.My wife and I sing together. Your response team are very good people,respond very quickly and seem nice people,particularly Aimee,ten out of ten. Had abit of a problem getting my head around your free karaoke app.,it seems to have no way to delete tracks in my library that are double ups. But I think the sound quality is better than Media Player that I normally use.Poised to upgrade but wonder if it would be good for us. We entertain seniors so use sets of songs. Overall, you're the best option I have, so will be on your books for a few years yet! Michael and Cleo. Also your tracks only take a small space as opposed to " Karaoke Version" Well,I just tried to use your streaming offer, and could'nt get past the 30 second samples.Could'nt log into it. Crazy! Would like to do it to see if it would suit me!”

“some good and well recorded songs, others not so. I dont need them for karaoke, but just for personal use, so they were a great aid for practising lead vox and backing too..sound quality and recording are important to me, and some were spot on to the record (I thought supplyer SB was very good)”

“Have not tried all the tracks as yet , however being a bit of a novice at this ordering of Karaoke Discs, I was somewhat disappointed that one track i listened to{Fairy Tale Of New York} ,which i needed for Xmas , was down as multiplex ,and thinking it was OK i placed it on my order, however when i played it , there was a Male voice already singing on the Disc. As I put down my requirements for all tracks in CDG format i was a bit annoyed. Maybe you could enlighten me why this occurred.”

Hi, thank you for shopping with us and taking the time to write a review. Here is a copy of the explanation of multiplex karaoke tracks from our FAQ section. All multiplex tracks are clearly marked with MULTIPLEX after the song title, if you would like to change it for a non multiplex version that is fine, just contact the sales team about returning your original disc and getting a replacement sent. Some tracks have Multiplex written after the song title, what does this mean? Multiplex means the track will have someone singing the main vocal as a guide, to help you learn the track. If you have a Player/Software that supports multiplex karaoke tracks you can turn the vocal on/off

“All in all, there is a really good selection of tracks to download, but I think, particularly for downloads, the minimum purchase quantity is too high. The only reason I could see for doing this is credit card charges, but I am sure it is not impossible to factor this in to your overall pricing structure? Also I think it would be good to do a history and links to downloads - something like, since you bought this track, this other one might interest you - type of thing?”

“Th songs are in good quality. Hovewer, sometimes, they are not visually good, people have problems with reading it. And sometimes some tracks are not complete (with voices, guitars et. c.) But still, very good tracks. And one more thing - why there is no possibility to buy just one song in one order? It'll be very helpfull. Sincerelly. Micha? Siwiec”
