I had a bad customer service at selfridges Mac make-up counter. It was from a woman called Tushanrne. I will never go again. If you don't like your job no need to ignore a customer.

If I could rate Selfridges a zero then I would. Despite 10 days to resolve simple complaint. I haven't even received a phone call back. I have no confidence in Selfridges to resolve my complaint in a competent manner. I would be interested in hearing from anybody else with similar issues. Mr Gary Eastwood gjeastwood@msn.com

I received terrible customer service in the men's shoe department Selfridges Manchester tonight. Despite my explanation about the poor quality of the Kurt Geiger boots I bought I was left feeling like a liar and my request to return was rejected too casually. Please be aware about the returns policy of Selfridges...it is not consistent with a good quality high end store

I returned an order on 30th Nov 2016 and returned it on the day I collected in store. I was told the refund cannot made in store as the product has to be delivered back to warehouse. Then I waited for 10 days and checked, still not received any refund yet. I called them and said the refund takes 7 working days (I used Alipay as payment method). Fine, I wait for another 7 working day still has no refund transaction yet. Called them and emailed them twice during Christmas Holiday and yesterday. I also attached the transaction history of Alipay as they requested to prove I haven't received the refund from 13th December 2016 till now. Yes,I need prove the haven't done the refund(customer services only replied as they can see from the system, it has been refunded! -BUT where? They said they have passed the information to dedicate team to sort out the problem. But I can't see any positive response from them till now to provide a service to customer. I wouldn't buy anything online from Selfridge as I couldn't guarantee the refund (they claim they have refunded:) they do not provide any help at all!

You cancelled an order 'due to web problems ' - but still took money ftom my credt card and then , to aff insult to injury, when i reory my 14 yr old daughters Birthday present, i was sent 3 items all wrong, i arranged courier pick up ftom my ace of eotk in order to be reit- dhock horror it fidn'6 turn ip!! Still no items - dyill not reimbursed ????

I ordered £75 Vivienne Westwood earings, came in 2 small plastic bags, no box or label showing they were genuine. They looked like poor internet copies. When I complained I was sent a box, no notification or apology which required a special visit to post office to collect. After further complaint was ordered free delivery which I rejected as I will never shop with Selfridges again given their poor customer service. I hope this doesn't reflect negatively on the Vivienne Westwood products which I love!

Signed up their DPD annual delivery service. Ordered item was not delivered on the correct date. No apology. Don't recommend signing up for the delivery £30 stolen in my opinion

Ordered £30 biscuits from selfridges ,when food items arrived they had 2 days life left on them, USE BEFOR END OF NOV 2016 . They arrived 28th nov 2016 Ive had refund but no real appology,I WILL NEVER SHOP AT SELFRIDGES AGAIN BE WARNED. I have just ordered alot of items from FORTNAM & MASONS . EXELLENT WONDERFULL SERVICE. Selfridges have a word with FORTNAM &MASON to see how it should be done

My Dad is in his 80's and last week purchases a pay as you go mobile from Selfridges Birmingham. The Lady who served him did not offer him 9the opportunity to retain his current number or mobile provider or offer to transfer his numbers or photos. He was not aware he could do this. Better customer service is required!

worst shopping experience ever. They shipped me the wrong size shoes, but only refunded me the purchase price. I have to afford the 100 dollar duty and 45 dollar shipping fee because of their mistake.

I was standing there searching for some underwear for my husband as I seen a selfridges staff her name was safiyah on men's underwear look at me but didn't approach and carried on speaking to either a colleague I found it very rude and I expect to me approached because I went to the staff myself and asked for sizes and she walked away with attitude and came back with my size and attitude I didn't appreciate the customer service at all it was disgusting

I didn't have my parcel delivered to me and after all that I emailed several times to try getting my parcel back or to get my refund. I was refused to get my refund back because the company claims that I wrote the wrong address down well I have proof that I have been living at that address for the past 24 years and even more so why would I give you the wrong address and even if it was the wrong address am I that stupid that would carry on with order. Well the answer is no. I'm really upset and disappointed as I never received my parcel and now neither my money which I would hard for. This is not what anyone would want in response to a situation which I am not responsible for. I have always been a good customer of selfridges I always shop here but from this time and date I will never shop with you again.

If I could , I would rated this store minus?????????? I was provided for return prepaid label, which wasn't recognizable by any carriers. Return from USA was cost me $120.00 I think, this is the crime Svetlana

Called Personal Shopping , as I was looking for the rare Adidas Yeezy. First, got an answer that it's not a sneakers store. Ok, when I said these are the limited edition shoes by Kanye West and that's why I'm calling them and not the sales floor got and answer :"Oh yea, forget it we don't have those" Forget it, really? When you potentially wan't to spend £1K for a pair of sneakers in your store. Harrods PS service is way much better and polite.

Just a HORRENDOUS customer services. All that people are just trained to favour the tricky business Selfridges stand for...BUT NO HELP AT ALL FOR THE VICTIMIZED CUSTOMER. WORSE STORE IN UK EVER!! .......00000000stars...and even they do not give that option.

The worst store I have ever bought something from. If I could I would rate it 0. So let me start this long story. I bought the Salvatore Ferragamo shoes in this store and here where the story begins. As the shoes were flats with leather sole it is very basic situation that the sole will start wearing off fairly quickly. As being responsible shoe wearer and knowing that they have to get serviced to assure longevity I first started looking into options where to get them serviced because sometimes designer shoes need some more advanced care. First I tried to call Selfridges and couldn't get through to obtain the information if they do repairs. Then went to look on the website to find out if there are any type of repair service they are offering and couldn't find nothing about such a thing. So I took it to one well known designer shoe repair shop and got the soles done. After half a year side of one of the shoe started ripping off so I took them back to selfridges. And the only answer I got is that they won't do anything about the shoes because they believe rubber sole is not suitable for these shoes and also they haven't been repaired by Selfridges. Whaaaaat??? I didn't have that type of information at first place. Moreover if the shoes are faulty it makes no difference who did the servicing. And the shoes were owned for 8 months only plus hasn't been worn much. So by the end of conversation with two managers I was simply pushed out of the shop with faulty pair of shoes with no exchange. So I complained to customers service after, which appearently was a waste of time. Didn't help me at all just repeated what manager said. Finally I went to boutique of Salvatore Ferragamo and surprise surprise they have no problem with rubber sole and they would have change them to the new pair because they are more likely faulty then anything. Out of goodwill they took the shoes for a free repair and adviced not to shop in the selfridges and come to the actual boutique next time. Save your time and money don't shop in the place which takes no responsibility for anything they selling and as good only as long as things are going well. Once you have purchased any faulty goods they will look for 1000 reasons not to do anything about it.

I received a damaged bag and trying to return to them, contacted customer service thru email they responded without solution. I'm so amazed that this big company so bad at dealing with customer complaints. Unbelievable!!! Since I cannot return this bag, I'll dispute this charge.

Orderered an expensive dress for a wedding which arrived damaged,after sending pictures and variouse e-mails to a very poor customer service team I was firstly told they couldn't help me with a replacement and that it would have to be inspected to confirm the refund for intentional damage!!! Or they could offer a £20 discount which isn't even 10%. Very unhappy,will not use again.

Received flowers, champagne and chocolates gift a day late, the box had obviously been left somewhere outside all night and was absolutely soaked through, flowers although nice were obviously not fresh. Disgusting service
