“We have done one trip so far with Senior Duscovery Tours and it was to Iceland. It was a great trip and the accommodations surpasses our expectations. The tours and opportunities to explore were everything we wanted. Unfortunately our recent planned trip was cancelled due to COVID-19. We look forward to doing it as soon as possible.”
“Our tour to Costa Blanca was very enjoyable until it was short-circuited by the Pandemic.
We greatly appreciate the fact that we were not billed for changing our return flight and would like to mention that our tour guide Susan Seltzer was great. She was like a mother hen caring for her brood. On the days without side trips she had something local planned and on the days we traveled something was organized for later.
It was very helpful to receive the insurance claim all prepared for a signature and a stamp.You deserve a big thank you for that.
We received checks from Manulife last week.
The hotel room and amenities and food were fine.
In closing I will say that in my opinion, it would be very difficult to find a better tour guide than our Susan Seltzer.

“I loved all tours taken altho Calabria (Dec 2017) was a disappointment, The hotel staff & food were fantastic but the hotel was dead. Southern Italy at Christmas is dead. Unfortunately as a group we did not jell and the Tour Manager could have been better.”

“I travelled with SDT to Italy in the fall of 2016, and did the comprehensive tour of Italy going from the North, to the South, and even to Sicily. It was a wonderful tour that was well run by our head guide. All accommodations, meals, local tours etc. were well taken care of. It was a memorable vacation which was very reasonably priced too.
I also travelled with SDT to Spain and Portugal in the spring of 2018, I believe. That was a very enjoyable vacation as well. It was well run by the head guide who was also very personable, polite and always catering to our needs and questions.
All in all, I have very much enjoyed my experience with tours run by SDT.”

“We had never been on a group tour so we were a little concerned about our experience. It all turned out much better than we expected. Going to India would have been impossible for us. All tickets, transportation, tips and meals were organized perfectly! Our guide was excellent and our guide from India taught us so much about the culture, history and geography of India! The hotels were top notch and the hospitality wonderful. I am not going to hesitate to try another Senior Discovery Tour when things settle down. My only wish for the India trip was that we had a bit more free time to shop, wander and rest a bit. Who knows, we liked it so much we might have to book India again. I would love a tour that went to South India!”
