“SDT is a well-run business. I quite enjoyed my trip to France last year, and I appreciate receiving the refund of my deposit for this year’s aborted trip to Croatia without my asking for it. I suggest that clients who want to drink extra wine at dinner should do so on their own dime. There is no reason why people who drink less should subsidize those who drink more.”

travelled with any other company.This year was to be the "best" and covid 19 spoiled our 55th
anniversary and our much anticipated "Tulip Time River Cruise".Hopefully we can make it next year.My only disappointment has been the way in which rooms have been given out alphabetically, we have had the displeasure of staying in some dank cellars to distant cabins far from our fellow travellers due to the "W' in Willis,surely a better method of room allocation can be found.Your careful consideration would be appreciated.Sincerely Leonard & Sandra Willis.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our Senior Discovery Tour of Newfoundland and Labrador. There were special unexpected "treats" along the way - lookouts off the beaten track, some games, and our guide moved us one seat backwards every day - this meant we made new "friends" each day, as the other side of the bus moved forward one seat. Although an electric group, we seemed to form a team. We would recommend this type of travel. Food could have been better.”
“The tour was good. Only problem we stopped at a motel wrong motel. They didn’t expect us but still managed to put us all up late at night. I came to the conclusion from observation that the tour guide had a drinking problem .”
“The tour was well organized, good hotels except one, excellent guide and organizer. Was surprised to find a representative at the airport, very helpful. But the 15 days was to much to see in such little time. The trip should last 21 days instead of 15.”
“I have travelled a number of times with Senior Discovery tours and have enjoyed them all. The only complaint I had was the bus tour of Scotland and Ireland. Felt we spent too much time on bus and not enough time at the different sites that we visited. I also visited Greece and the Channel Islands and found them very enjoyable. The tour guides were outstanding on all the tours and did their best to show us a great trip.I like that we are given free time to do a little sight seeing ourselves. If this virus is soon over I would not hesitate to book another trip with Seniors.Thank you for the good times on previous trips.”
“SDT were most efficient in helping us plan our trip to NFLD in June. However the trip had to be cancelled due to COVID 19. Again, the company very quickly notified us and refunded our deposit.

“Both times that I travelled with Seniors - in 2015 with my best friend and in 2018 on my own - I was pleased with the destinations and the local arrangements; It was only in Florence (2018) that I took issue with the speed and seeming lack of interest that the local guide expressed. Beyond that I have been well pleased and had planned to go to Provence this year - but then you know the rest.”
“We thought our tour to Ireland was very good. We would have like another day in Dublin mostly on our on and possibly another day or half a day somewhere else along the tour on our own. We hope to go on another Senior Discovery tour when it's safer to travel.”
“So much depends on the Tour Guide on their interaction with the travellers. Some like to constantly chatter others comment on the points of interest in passing. My experience has been good and if and when turs open up again I will be checking in.”
