Product and delivery was OK but why not send an invoice!! Two delivery notes that state the same information but no invoice. I had to contact you 3 times just to get an invoice emailed to me.

I just needed 2 diaphragms for a Resun LP 100 pump - they were overpriced and the only other source in Europe was aquarium specialist in Holland - who wouldn't ship to the UK - as Brexit has meant he needs a UK VAT number! BUT his were 12 Euros !! Yours £27 !!! "The postage in UK was £11 - criminal - and the only option available when a 1st class recorded delivery would be half the price at least. I will get the shop in Holland to post a set to a friend in France and when they visit again I will have a set for the next repair!

Product was as described and needed for repair, delivery was prompt. However, sending a small pair of rubber diaphragms, weight about 120 gms by special carrier at over £11 was extortionate when they could easily have been sent first or second class post for significantly less. The web site should at very least give an option to choose a despatch method rather than what felt like an untimatum at the end of the purchase process. If I could have found the product elsewhere I would have done. (The questions below are not relevant as I did not contact the company) Disappointed.

Everything went well except the delivery of the two air pumps, as the driver only had one onboard so caused a second visit to site when the No 2 turned up.

No problem with Septics Direct who processed and despatched my order very quickly but let down by APC deliveries. Took 5 days and palmed me off with false delivery promises 3 times.
