“Shortly after placing the order I was mailed a empty box. After contacting the company I was told they would remity and ship as soon as possible. Now I'm just getting ignored. A lot of time has passed and it's become obvious I was ripped off by this company then lied to about it.”

“It’s been over a week since I’ve ordered and have not yet received either of the 2 IDs I have ordered. FedEx has not picked up the phone to assist. Very disappointed. I will give 5 stars and rewrite this review when I receive the IDs.”

“Not only is the picture very blurry. I payed 20$ extra for 2 day shipping and got it in about 7 days. DO NOT PAY EXTRA for shipping and don’t expect much from this card.”

“I ordered an ESA housing letter on Jan 4, 2019 with full expectation of receiving it in a timely manner. Jan 14 rolls around and no letter, no email conformation. The only good thing about this transaction is that I am getting my money back.”
