“I think this is a great product and very easy to assemble. My issue is that it doesn’t align properly. The stand one side is off the ground as the other side sits properly. It’s obvious some of the metal bars are bent making it offline. Not sure how to go about sending this huge package back to have it replaced with prolapse aligning pieces.”

“The Screamer Sex Swing is well-made, versatile (positions only limited by our imagination!), and a great addition to our toy box. I appreciated their website with informative videos and information on swing installation. And I really appreciate the free head rest. SexSwing.com customer service, however, is the worst. Tried twice to place my order (once with Paypal and once with credit card) and it wouldn't process through their system, giving me nothing but an error message both times. I verified with my credit card company that it wasn't being held up by them for security/fraud reasons (I had to confirm that I really was trying to place the order for fraud protection, but beyond that they said it should be going through). I tried using Sexswing.com online chat feature 3 times (different times & different business days) - never connected to a representative. I called the phone number on their website at least a dozen times, different hours and days of the week and NEVER got an answer or anybody call me back to the messages I left on their voicemail. Then on Black Friday I saw that they were offering a sale so I tried placing my order again - to my surprise, it processed right through. Shipping was quick and discreet (plain cardboard box with non-descript return address). They have a good, informative website, and at least the products I ordered were good, just hope you never have to actually contact them for anything.”
“Sadly, I found the same thing for $250 less on another site after I purchased. I really thought I was getting a combo, yet the stand came solo, no swing, yet with a very overpriced box of wrist pads and such. I called. No answer. Voice mail. No return call. This was my mistake. A very costly one.”

Hey, thanks for the review but we are a little confused on your feedback. Your review sounds like a swing review but we are not sure which swing you have since it appears you have only ordered a headrest from us. Let me know and we will see if we have any help we can give.
You are correct that your package shipped in 2 boxes. The swing that you ordered does not include a headrest and we ship that from a different location as a free gift to our customers. Unfortunately during the christmas week and the surge in the number of packages, all of the carriers are struggling to keep up, so until we can afford to buy out UPS, the best I can do is offer an apology for the delay.
Sorry, you were not satisfied. Did you contact support? I am not able to locate any help tickets for your name and am not even sure what a straddle strap is.
As far as instructions, there are 2 theories as discussed on our site. Some companies included graphic hardcore images on packaging and instructions as they are made for retail store displays. Others opt for discrete instructions because they never know when kids may open the box.
