“We couldn't tell what all came with this bar, so hopefully this review can help others with this same question. It comes with the bar, chains, and carabeener. No spring. We do not have a sex swing but instead opted for a aerial (or yoga) trapeze swing. It does double duty as a fun sex swing and a workout (stretching) swing. We hung our swing from the very top of the bedroom wall in a stud with a heavy duty punching bag hanger from Amazon. Works out great! We needed this attachment to make it all work. “We love it, had to get creative to hang it but we have finally worked that out and were able to use it. I only didnt give 5 stars because it would be completely epic if it came with a way to hang and hide. There were no instructions in the package and no way to quickly think to go to the site for configuration, so that was also a task to figure out. Swing itself - WONDERFUL. :-)”

Mounting the swing is not so easy. I mounted it to a frame and made adjustments. The four point attachment (ropes) occasionally get in the way, especially with the stirrups. I would prefer a higher load limit if both people want to get on.”
Your purchase from our site was only for a stand, with that being said if you are having a hard time with the sling you purchased we have a great selection ;)

“Takes some getting used but we had a lot of fun the first time trying. Swing is very sturdy - hung in our bedroom in the studs near the AC vent. Had to get longer chain as what came with was not nearly long enough. I am 5'2" 153 lbs, hubby is 5'6" 200. We each spent time in the swing and felt very secure. Nice to be able to adjust height of each of the straps individually and was able to sit spread eagle so hubby had a nice view of the goods while sitting on the floor. You have to be a bit adventurous, but it will get more comfy and easier to get in and out the more we use it. Glad we bought this and look forward to many more sexy nights ahead.”
“It is a great swing! The squatter attachment is a joke though. The headrest is a must, but could be thicker. Wife and I together hardly weigh 280 so perfect fit for us! I would buy again.”
“Customer service was terrible at first. Rude and condescending. I had a broken box and wanted to let them know. After that exchange, I checked out the product (excellent quality) and the hardware was missing. They responded to that with a prompt promise to ship missing parts. I hope the relationship is better in the future as I think their products are top-notch”

You are correct. This is because it is not known how you want to install it. There are many options such as stands, door mounts, beam mounts, chin up bars, ceiling hooks etc. some people even use things like gym equipment. So not knowing how you want to install it, that is usually sold separately or purchased at a hardware store
Sorry for delays, you selected 3-7 day free economy shipping and received it in 7 day. And with the holiday rush, none of the mail carriers are even guaranteeing that. So until I buy out The US Post office, the best I can do is apologize
