I have asked a question twice via customer service and they replied needing more information. And twice I was ignored after I responded. I did like this company until that.

HI Rick I'm sorry you feel we have neglected to respond to you. I assure you that is not the case, unfortunately due to the fact that we sell sex products our emails can get blocked by spam filters quite easily. We did get your message on Jan 11th I responded the same day asking for more information. You responded back on Jan 18th "I referred a friend to buy and it was included with the same kit that I bought. I never got mine." I again replied the same afternoon letting you know "I have attached pictures of your order form and what should be included. The bondage kit does not include the squatting attachment, I am not sure what your friend ordered or if they maybe ordered a special that included the squatting attachment. If you want the squatting attachment it can be purchased with this link..... https://www.sexswing.com/product/screamer-squatting-attachment/" I never got a response back after that. We are sorry for the delay, I checked the order it appears USPS is the issue. They have had your package for over a month in one location. I am working with them to fix this issue, if they have lost the package I will send a new one.

Can’t find any specific instructions on the swing itself anywhere as to how it’s supposed to be hooked up. Put it together from looking at pictures then realized the clamps on the straps couldn’t even support 60-70lbs before slipping, making the swing completely worthless.

All instructions can be found on the website under the instructions tab here is the link for the swing you purchased https://www.sexswing.com/screamer-dual-hook-installation/ As for the clamps we found a manufaturer defect with the newest adjusters on the screamer line 2 days after backordered swing were sent, we promptly emailed ALL of our customers that had been sent a swing. Below is the email, the replacement parts have already been sent out! Valued customer We are sorry to delay your swing use longer. We have discovered that a percentage of the adjusters on our Screamer line are not locking in place after adjustment. We have decided the best solution for our customers is to send NEW main straps/slings for all Screamer products. We are manufacturing new adjusters in-house, and we hope to have all replacement parts sent by the end of this week. Please do not use your swing until you have your replacement parts!

The swing itself is great. Never received the free head rest. Contacted customer service and never heard back.

I can’t really write a review of the swing itself, since I have not received it. It has been over two weeks and I have heard nothing from the company. Don’t worry though, you have your money. I checked and the amount was taken from my bank account, but still no swing. So as far as customer service, I would rate my experience as very sub par. Maybe one day I will get the swing I ordered as a gift for my husband and can review the swing itself.

We did respond to your email. Your swing had shipped the day after you ordered. USPS had been trying to contact you for 12 days for delivery.

It is NOT at all comfortable. My wife and I both sat on it, fully clothed for about 30 seconds each and found it to be painfully uncomfortable. I reached out to them requesting info on how to return it and was advised that they NEVER accept returns or give refunds. The person I conversed with was Tiffany. She asked why I was dissatisfied and I told her it was painful and she told me that the pain factor was not relevant since people in the BDSM community enjoy pain. I pointed out that the ads said it was comfortable and said that comfort was subjective. Then asked if I ever “had a dick in me.” I asked how that was relevant and she said that I may not find it comfortable, but that she did. The product itself sucks and the service the company offers is among the worst I have ever experienced.

Sir, As our refund policy states we do not accept returns once a product has been opened. No one wants to receive a swing that has been used, and there is no way to know if it has been used once it is opened. Furthermore, you insisted that you should get a refund for 2 hours on our customer service line because you thought the swing was not comfortable, and that we had false advertisement. When we showed you the specs listed on our website and asked if the swing had missed any of the specs provided you continued to insist it wasn't comfortable and that you were told it would be comfortable. We tried for hours to tell you that comfort is subjective.

Customer service SUCKS I had a guy email me because I was asking about the extra money I paid for 2 day delivery this guy was so freaking rude at the end he said that maybe I should get laid I mean wow what customer service

You paid for 2 day shipping, but it was after shipping hours as it states on our website if you order past the cut off it will ship the next business day (so if after hours on Friday it ships Monday). We shipped the product 2 day shipping just like you requested and paid for. When you emailed us you were profane and threatened to spam us on social media. I'm sorry you are upset that 2 day shipping wasn't fast enough for you.

I realized i used the wrong shipping address. Call the vendor to correct that. They told me they can’t do anything and I have to call the nearby postal office to update the address. But I have no idea which postal office. And helplessly watched the item get delivered to wrong address.

This is correct. Unfortunately, we do not own the Canadian post office and as such can not make these types of changes once it has shipped. We asked if you could contact the post office of the address you entered in your order which was the next town over to see if they could reroute the package or you could pick it up from them.

Terrible customer service, tried to cancel my order 10 minutes after I bought it, only to get the run around and be called a thief cause I went through visa to cancel it!

I apologize that you were not happy. You tried to cancel your order after several hours and the box was already on its way to Canada. I apoligize for being too fast. You were more than welcome to refuse the package as stated in our return policy. Unfortunately, after shipping the package, giving a full refund and allowing you to keep the package is not our normal procedure. Sorry. Did you ever refuse the package and get your refund?
