“SG Petch went above and beyond my expectations when buying my car. Anthony was absolutely fantastic and provided a great service. He let me look at the car and take it on a test drive and wasn't pushy like some salespeople can be. I would definitely recommend SG Petch to others and use them again based on my recent experience. “Could not fault my experience in purchasing my car from SG Petch. All staff members were very helpful. Roger could not have been anymore helpful, he kept me updated throughout and nothing was to much trouble. A class service thank you.”

“Overall I would recommend this garage. Dan in the showroom was very helpful and took me out on an ad-hoc test drive of the e-Niro, which I went on to buy. There were only 2 issues that I experienced in the puchasing process: 1> I requested my car's software/maps be updated fully before handover, but it wasn't. I raised this when I got the car home and it was resolved without fuss by taking it back in for an update. Ensure your car is updated before you leave the forecourt! 2> My credit agreement included an extra charge of nearly £600 for Premium paint, but my car was the base model and didn't have it. This appears to be down to how Kia keep on changing what is and isn't Premium on the different yearly models causing some confusion, so it's forgivable. My issue was really that I had to point it out - so check your paperwork carefully. Otherwise happy.”

“From start to finish Callum Batkin our salesman was so proffesional and his knowledge of the car we were interested in was second to non He always kept us informed of the progress of our sale and delivery date. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase one of your vehicles”
