“Great team at SG Petch. Contacted them after seeing a used car on line. Had some questions relating to what extras the car had. They provided me with a detailed list. They arranged everything over the phone and emailed me the details. On collection the car was prepared and presented in the show room so we had time to look over the car prior to driving away. Paperwork was completed and then they moved the car to the forecourt to be driven away. I would recommend this garage if you are considering buying a used car. They also sell new cars and I am sure the good experience I had with my purchase would be the same if you were buying new. Thank you SG Petch.”

“This was a used Mazda 2 but it was a first class sales service from Ryan & I was able to take delivery in a week. The vehicle was serviced & put through an MOT & valeted throughout. My husband had purchased a new CX3 just a few weeks earlier & that’s why we had returned to S G Petch”

“I received awful service from sg petch. Firstly, they told me that my car would be ready on the Monday and when I arrived they told me that I was having a new car as it wasn't ready. I wasted petrol in getting there as they could of phoned me and told me that it wasn't ready and would have saved the hastle. Secondly, they gave me a new car which didn't have any petrol in so I had to put my own petrol which if I had had my other car ready I wouldn't have had to put any petrol in. Once I went to pick up my car they took one hour to fill it with petrol and give it to me. The whole experience was awful, the sales person who was dealing with us was rude and obviously couldn't be bothered to contact us to tell us the car wasn't ready. I'm sure that if I had bought a brand new car the whole experience would have been different but because the car was 3 years old I felt tlike I was messed about the whole time. Would probably never go back there again.”

“I was treated with respect and friendliness throughout the purchase procedure. Nothing was a problem and every possible piece of information was given and explained in detail.
