“Very disappointed with the service department. Rang in the afternoon to get a tyre puncture fixed, they told me they would call me back, I rang them every hour until 6.05pm when I was told that the service department had closed without ever contacting me. Now too late to ring any other garage and left with an unsafe car for the weekend.”

“Excellent initial sales ,very informative .warm and friendly sales person and would recommend . I couldn't meet service manager as it was a weekend so when our car mats had not arrived and were to collect at a later date and also a warning light stayed on permanent I looked forward to meet service on an arranged day however I arrived and it seemed the manager didn't expect me know why I was there and didn't introduce himsellf . Felt let down with after sales care .”

“Living in Birmingham we had decided upon the Kia model we wanted and after a quick internet search found exactly what we were after - except it was in York! SG Petch were extremely helpful and let us immediately pay a holding fee for the car, and we were able to deal with all the necessary paperwork via email. That same week we drove up to York and were able to finish off the paperwork and collect the car on the spot. Everything went smoothly and we were impressed with the customer service from Dan McClusky through the whole process. We love the car btw! Thanks to SG Petch.”

“I was very impressed with the look of the forecourt and showroom. It was very well presented. The salesman, Dan, was very helpful. He let me take my time choosing the right car for me. He took the time to work with his manager to get the price to suit me! He was very nice chatty guy who was not at all snobby patronising (as some salesmen can be) I love my new car and very happy with the service from the whole team. I'll look forward to hopefully Expeirience the same standard or service from the service department. I would sertainly buy a car from here again and have already handed Dan's card to a colleague who is looking to buy a kia in summer.”

“Sales person Guy Gibson could not be faulted for the service given. But not happy about the promised delivery date,which was the main reason they got my sale over and above the rivals, not happening and the quality of the work carried out by the workshop on my new car was absolutely dreadful. No official apologies or recompense offered.”
