“I couldn't have wished for any better treatment on my initial experience & purchase of a Hyundai i30N Performance @ SG Petch, Durham. “I have been dealing with SG Petch for several years now, I,m on my fourth Mazda car with this purchase, and everyone I have been in contact with regarding sales or services has always treated me and my wife as a person not just objects to step around. First class service is advertised by many companies but it really doe,s exist in SG Petch as my sister,who lives in Brighton, purchased a new Mazda from SG Petch based on my experiences and there is a lot of dealers in between the 324 miles she traveled so they must be doing something right.”

“The sales process recieved from Victoria was brilliant from The start. Until the manager got involved. We went in to complete the relevant paperwork. Chelsie was rude, and very aggressive in the way she spoke , a real shame considering. Will not be returning our custom in the future. Customer service has gone down hill!!!!”

“Very easy to deal with. This is the first time I have dealt with the Richmond branch but I was very happy with the way I was treated. The test drive I was given was excellent and I had a long run rather than the short drive most dealerships offer you.”

“All very smooth & pain-free, just as it should be. We shopped around at other dealers & brands, but SG Petch stood out as the best. Hopefully, in the future, servicing will be equally as good. If there is to be 1 complaint, it's that there is insufficient customer parking outside !”
