“Our experience was enhanced by the care and attention shown by Shaun Harker when assisting us with the purchase of our new car. Shaun answered all our question and kept in touch prior to, during and after our purchase. He was very helpful and courteous throughout. “Went there with my partner to look for a car, where we met Alan Copeland , one of the sales representatives. He was very friendly and accommodating, answered all our questions and gave us helpful advice. From the first time we went there and until we bought the car and even after, he helped us with everything, even with the few problems we had with the car. He tried and managed to get the car in for us as soon as possible, with the extras we wanted. Would really recommend Alan. We dealt also with Derrick Henderson, who did his best to solve our problem and to make it as hassle-free for us as possible. They also have good coffee :)) Disappointed about the service department, not as professional as would expect . We chose to have the Autoglym Lifeshine protection package, it wasn't applied properly on the seats and the leatherette was stained. Had to take the car back a few times until they managed to remove the stains and reapplied the protection. We also had the Car Play installed which managed to block the original SatNav system of the car so had to take it back again in service - now working fine for the moment.”
