“We dealt with Les one of your elder statesmen who new his stuff inside out and gave fantastic customer service. Questions were asked and reply's were given honestly which is something of a rarity in these times but very welcome so we could make our decision with confidence. When he retires you will be at a loss so get someone trained up for when this happens to continue your service to your future customers. Thanks Les”

“This is the third car I have bought from Petch York, one new and two used. They are most accommodating by bring the car to your home to view without obligation to buy. If the first car doesn't suit they will find one that does. Also they will collect and return for services etc. One can't expect better customer care and service .”

“Living 80miles away I was a little apprehensive about buying. Ryan was excellent from the initial phone contact and agreeing a trade in value of my own vehicle(which was higher than expected) on my viewing and test drive again I could not fault Ryan the deal was done and I collected my SLC 2 weeks later looking absolutely pristine i highly recommend this dealership i will certainly return if i can ever bear to part with my new car love it”
