“Just been told by your service department that the warranty you gave with the car we bought only covers breakdowns and not any faults that we reported just after purchase, told there was no fault, and found by another garage who have the car in for brake renewal. What's the point of a warranty. Petch's are living up to their useless reputation.”

“The staff at Petch York were both friendly and helpful when we bought our Kia Venga three weeks ago. We were informed when our car was ready for collection. Due to illness we were unable to collect the car ourselves so they very kindly delivered it for us and took our old car away. Many thanks to the staff, we will be recommending both the showroom and the product to our family and friends.”

“the sails man mr Nick Rickwood was polite but not smarme well informed about the car. arranged a time that would allow me to travel from Derby. he demonsrated the car to me . and when I decided to bye the car he explaind the options that were available to me clearly without pressure allowing me to make an informed chois. he arraiged a conveneant time for the collection of the car and when I arrived it was reddy and all the paper work was there he explaind the paper work to me . showd me how to use the sat nave to get home and demonstrated all the relivant parts of the car. I would be happy to talk to Nick later in the year when I chaing my sorento.”
