“My daughter had a good idea of the type of car that her and her partner wanted, your salesman took note and showed them a variety of cars. they eventually chose one, the paperwork was done very quickly, and the car was picked up a few days later having been thoroughly serviced and valeted. They are delighted with the car. When it is time for my wife and I to change our car we will certainly pay you a visit. Yours sincerely Ian Congreve”

“Contacted SG Petch about purchasing another new car as my last 2 cars were from yourselves and had always got you to do the servicing I had see a i10 automatic on offer at a very good price but I would prefer to remain with SG petch if they could give me the right part ex deal I dealt with Nathan at mlddlesbrough branch i found him thorough very efficient and along with the Manager came up with satisfactory offer i can only say the service was to the highest standard and changeover was again done experdightly 5 STAR SERVICE Thankyou very much”

“Mike is perhaps SG Petchs best asset. He is nothing like i have ever experienced a car sales man which for me makes him the best there is. He has a "human touch" to his approach which makes him trustworthy and throughtout we felt he offered us nothing but a Rolls Royce service. He was the difference between us purchasing a sportage and another make of car altogether. He made it straight forward. He was unbelievably knowledgeable and it always felt he had our best interests at heart. He was so personable he made the process a joy.”
