“Didn't feel I was treated like a person. The priority was always getting the paperwork done! New car handover was almost non existent. I was kept waiting far too often and for far too long! Never did get the 'deal' I wanted..........but the car is spot on!”

“Polite - no fuss - explained what needed explaining (plus some things that didn't but that's par for the course in this brave new world of ours) - paperwork efficient (too much of it but that's par etc -see previous item) - good follow up - helpful (even just before Christmas when a loan car was put at our disposal) - generally trouble free - and finally, pleased with (fairly) new car which seemed to be fairly priced too.”
