“Excellent salesman who was prepared to spend time to inform and demonstrate to us all the features of the car we were interested in. He was friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. The attention and consideration he gave made the difference in our decision to purchase from the dealership. The whole sales experience was second to none and a credit to the salesman , Chris Phillips.”

“Excellent service. Following my test drive of a i10 I was allowed to take one out for the afternoon to get a feel for the car. That was on the Tuesday and I collected my new car on the Thursday! The staff were very professional, in particular Mike Jordinson. I would certainly use SG Petch again!”

“The car was ready on time, the salesman Gary took time to explain every thing. A black mark against you, was I picked the car up on the 2nd Dec. but you did not pay the settlement fig. with VWFS till the 12th Dec and that was only after I pointed out that this account had not been paid. Because a payment was due on the 13th to this account and it was to late to stop it £192.05 extra payment has been taken from my account. VWFS say this will be refunded to me but could take up to 10days.”
