“My Sales person, Nick Rickwood was fantastic! No pressure from him, complete honesty and very knowledgeable in his industry. He couldn't do enough for us. My past experiences of buying a car have been painful and very long winded being left stood about for what seems like hours. SG Petch were very efficient, welcoming and I would definitely recommend to others.”

“Excellent service throughout the buying process.George Hope who dealt with my car purchase was friendly and professional at all times keeping me up to date with the progress of my purchase. My car a second hand Kia Ceed was prepaired beauifully and looked like new.Altoghether a very pleasant buying expierience”

“We met a saleman who did not push the product so that a commision could be gained. Time was taken to explain the options available, a courteous test drive was conducted and good information was given about the product. We were very pleased with the service that we had and look forward to doing business with you in the future.”

“I wanted a new mobility car, to change from Nissan to Hyundai having previously owned a Hyundai ATOZ. We called in and spoke to Mike Jordinson who put us at ease, made us comfortable. There was no fuss, no insignificant questions just explanation. He contacted us when the car was ready, and advised us the best time to call. On handover of the new car, he sat us down went through the pack and we drove away, an efficient and fussless service. thank you”

“They sorted me out a car after I wrote my car off it was a very stress full time for me as this was the first time in 25 years i had to deal with something like this. I messed them about choosing 3 different cars but we got there in the end. thank god. I am back on the road Thank you Nick Nicholson for been so patient,”

“No pushy salesmen phoning up pestering after looking at the car before deciding to purchase the car. I wanted to make sure the car was the one I wanted so wanted to look around. I got a good deal from the sales team with my part exchange and the car was ready for me to collect on time. The salesman was very friendly and courteous as well. Would reccomend SG Petch at Darlington for buying a car.”

“Reasonably efficient sales process at Darlington. Incomplete service record was eventually completed by service manager after salesman did not call back. Salesman at Middlesbrough seemed rather unfriendly when I did not buy car after test drive, but I was not convinced and so wanted to check out more cars. Went to Darlington a month later and bought a car.”
