“Fabulous service from start to finish. Had an accident in my previous car, the staff at Sg Petch where brilliant with me really supportive and full of advice. The car sales man who was assisting me in picking my new car, Nathan, was fantastic with me and even picked out my dream car for me!! He ensured I had everything i needed! The aftercare as well from the team has been amazing thank you! Would definitely recommend people to go there for a car cause the service is by far the best!”

“Eric Cheetham keeps in touch on a regular basis. When you arrive at Reception, you always made welcomed by all Staff and if you have any problems/questions S G Petch are always there to help.”

“This was the fourth Mazda I have purchased since 2008, I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This has been the case especially over the past two purchases, Alex who sold me a CX5 in 2013 and recently Darren who sold me my latest CX5. Their knowledge of the product is first class as is their approach to customer service. They are not forceful, let you have a look at the models and are on hand to answer any questions. As always it has been a pleasure to do business here and no doubt if I change cars in the future I will be back. I would recommend S G Petch to others.”

“On my intial vist I was really pleased with the way the young lady dealt with my enquiry, also to let me sit in the MX5 outside. On my return to test drive was really pleased, so after thinking about it, came in and placed order and selected a delivery date, This is where I feel let down, Darren rang me the day before I was due to collect and told me sorry car not on site. Really disappointed, as time taken off work sorted, then had to rearrange to the following day. But two weeks driving car really pleased with it. Only problem is that part of the Red Decal (Icon) has come away at the top corner on the O/S/R, Darren was informed and promised me he would look into problem and ring me back, a day latter I rang back and spoke to Derek, Company who fit them is away till Monday then Derek said he will ring me to arrange to have them inspect the car, Car is two weeks old, I would expect them to call out to my workplace to inspect. Why should it always be myself that has to come to your garage. I feel this job of fitting the decals was a hurried job to get the car ready in a short time. But nothing has been offered from your Company.”

“The service we received from Martin Phillips was exceptional. His attention to detail, his genuine desire to please the customer and always keeping in contact with us throughout the process was very helpful. Sometimes companies forget that special service provides extra sales. When I am asked about my wife's new car I also explain about the excellent service I received from Martin, these comments will generate more sales for SG Petch which is good for business. My suggestion to you is give Martin a promotion and pay rise and make him your group training manager and your sales will increase. That you SG Petch and especially Martin”

“A really good service was provided to myself when buying my new car. A little complication along the way however this was dealt with immediately and appropriately, along with a complimentary apology when picking the car up.
