“I called at SG Petch in Darlington with my Daughter & her boyfriend who were looking for a car. Although I had no intention of buying a car, I was so impressed with the quality of the Kia and the friendly sales man, Andrew Mellanby, that I bought a Kia Ceed Pro that I am absolutely over the moon with and my daughter bought the smaller Kia Reo that I am also very impressed with”

“From an initial look round, to a test drive, to the final sale, there was never any pressurised selling which was really appreciated. All items were completed with a minimum fuss and very smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from SG Petch”

“Customer service was exceptional, which means a lot going into a Car Sales area on my own. They covered various options of finance for me to look at and consider and were very patient with me. The after care was exceptional as well, the Sales team covered all the workings of the car in great detail. I was very well looked after from start of finance quotation to collection of the car :-) one very happy customer. Thank you so much SG Petch Kevin Bell the sales guy 100%.”
