“The sales service wasn't the best. I felt that not everything was explained to me. I test drove a Fiat Tipo however the sales rep. didn't let me know what differences the model I test drove had to the one I was purchasing. I was also told that the model I was buying had start/stop and it hasn't. The person that did the handover of the car with me also said it had start/stop and when querying where the settings were for that he said it was all included in the car's "Computer" however I now know my model doesn't have this. I also wasn't informed that the sales rep, who I had booked a meeting in with for the handover of the car, had left within the week that I had booked the meeting for. I had bought the car the previous weekend. However having said that, you after sales service is one of the reasons I keep coming back. I had a problem with the new car and the guy on the service desk couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.”

“Always received friendly personnel service whether buying a car or having one serviced. Warranty claims have been carried out quickly and to fit in with my requirements for the vehicle.. Always received a very good deal when changing cars. Have been dealing with the same salesman and manager since 1993 and over 12 cars, have had no reason to go elsewhere. Excellent alround service from front desk, salespeople, financial and manager.”

“It is the little things which add up to create a great service from a motor dealer. The first 'little thing' is to buy from a 'named' firm. S.G. Petch is surely that. I could go on and on with lots of little points too tedious to recount but here is just one. On choosing my vehicle I was then informed that it would receive a final valet before delivery. For this free service I demurred believing the motor was smart enough. It is here where a 'named' motor dealer beats the unnamed dealer because I was told the valet would go right ahead because they - S.G. Petch - has standards. It takes a long long time to gain a name but only seconds to loose it.”
