“Kevin, the salesman, made us feel very welcome, did not pressurise us into buying, explained all the aspects of the car and gave us time to decide. Overall it was a pleasurable experience. On collection day the car was ready, the explanation of the controls was relaxed and thorough. A few days later Kevin contacted us to see if all was OK and said he would be in contact again in six months time. Excellent service throughout.”

“They were excellent to negotiate with and applied no pressure at any point no phone call unless instructed by myself and even brought the car to me some 80 miles away to test drive I will definitely consider using them again and happily recommend them to my friends and family”

“I was worried about buying a new car as my first car had been given to me from my mum when she got a new one, but from the moment I walked into SG petch I felt at ease. Gareth came over and started asking what i was looking for and took me and my partner inside to discuss my options. He was very good at his job, chatty and found me some fantastic deals. I fell in love with my fiat 500 the day i saw it and its the best thing ive ever purchased! Although it is on lease it still feels like mine.”

“Excellent service. Wanted to see a Kia Sportswagon 3 S G Petch had for sale but could not get to York to see it, so a salesman drove it to my home in South Elmsall for me to look at. I decided to buy the car> So the new Kia Sportswagon 3 was delivered to my door by one of the S G Petch salesmen. All the way from York to South Elmsall near Doncaster. Can't ask for better service than that.”

“I went into SG Petch Middlesbrough recently to look at used Hyundai. i30s I saw one that I liked .A year old one in particular took my fancy and I purchased it 26/08/2016 and it was immaculate when I picked it up and had a full service . It was picked up at the appointed time and all the paperwork to be completed was readily available. This is my 4th car (5 if you include 1 from South Cleveland Garages) from this particular dealer and what I like about them is that there is no high pressure for you to purchase from the sales people. They are not pushy and you get a fair and decent price for your part ex . I was particularly impressed with salesman Josh Lane He was very helpful showing me the differences in the spec between my old and new car and explaining everything I needed to know about them. I cannot praise him enough”
