“We have used SG Petch before and especially their Hyundai representative Steve Kennedy. He is a mine of information and makes purchasing a new car an excellent experience. This is a local company who excel in personal service, you really can't do better, they go above and beyond to make it a pleasure and for you to feel like their one and only customer, no pressures and hard sells. Don't take my word for it go and experience it for yourselves.”

“The sales person at SG Petch Darlington,Jack Hodgson and his colleague the Business Manager, Alan Reed Went out of their way, to make sure my wife and I obtained a satisfactory trade in price and a great deal to enable us to purchase our New 66 plate Hyundai i20 GDI Turbo Edition. We were very pleased with all aspects of the no pressure buying process. And We were kept informed at all stages, prior to delivery. Based on our experience We would highly recommend this dealership,”

“Friendly, helpful and a fair deal they pointed out a few very minor scuff marks on the door trim and arranged to have the trim replaced. Contacted by the service department a few days later and arranged to carry out the work at my convenience.”

“Martin Phillips provided the most wonderful service, giving support at every level. As a customer who had not driven an AWD before, or an automatic for many years, I was given the optimum advice and guidance. Similarly Wayne, who took me through the accounts and lease processes was excellent. I could not have asked for a better service and indeed Martin's help was instrumental in the decision to buy.”

“Very proficient non pushy salesperson. Mr Allen, who answered all questions put to him in respect of the vehicle we purchased. From entering the showroom, examining and being shown around the vehicle by Mr Allen, taking a test ride in the model ,myself and I both agreed excellent service, purchase agreed with a couple of hours - to date no regrets whatsoever, would highly recommend S G Petch Mazda, Darlington .”

“Invited to promotion sales day and discussed our needs. We already knew that we wanted a Sante Fe as we have bought 2 previously and they gave us good service when towing a caravan. We wanted Metallic paint and a tow bar fitting (extras) which were included in the deal. I was pleasantly surprised that we were offered much more for part exchange than I expected. They also put on my personal reg plates ready for when we picked up the car.”

“I was nervous about buying a car that was over 200 miles away but Mike Whitaker and Iain Ward at SG Petch York made it a breeze and a great experience! (not forgetting Ken the delivery driver who was also very helpful!) Mike took the time to send extra photos and communication by phone and email was excellent. I never felt under pressure at all. I am very pleased with my Kia, thanks again guys.”
