“This was an easy and enjoyable experience of buying a car compared to other dealers! Craig couldn't have been more helpful despite us arriving late on a Saturday. We were advised which car would suit our needs and offered a test drive. We were given figures for part exchange and finance. There was no pressure to purchase. Altogether a pleaseant car buying experience.”

“We are always made to feel special and at home with S G Petch and Tony Hill...in particular. In our experience buying a car at Middlesbrough branch has always been an enjoyable, stress-free event. Our purchases from S G P Mbro follow a number of purchases at Darlington prior to the establishment of the local branch....again we have always been made to feel that we are "special" by the sales staff.”
