“Good afternoon. We took delivery, of our Kia Sportage and we live about 300 miles away. This was no problem for SG Petch. We hadn't seen the car, so Chris sent us a video of the car to watch. It is a lovely car and found Chris very helpful dealing and answering any questions we had. ( There were many. ) My only niggle, that I had, is that it would have been nice to have some kind of follow up after we took delivery.”

“Although COVID restrictions were in place we could understand a test drive was impossible. However we were allowed to view the car and the Customer Service was excellent.”

“Ordered a 208 Allure back in December but due to unforeseen circumstances it was held up. So another vehicle was sourced with a higher spec. I was kept in the loop at all times, staff were efficient, communicative and always happy to help.”
