“Got a great deal on a new Kia Picanto from stock at the York branch, all sorted from a phone enquiry within half a day. Sales Manager Reg Thompson went out of way to help as I had to travel up by train and he met me at the station. Straight forward, respectful transaction in a courteous manner. Thank you SG Petch!”

“Mark Hodgson provided me with excellent service, when buying a new car at SG Petch Darlington. He ensured I was kept updated throughout the whole process, as I don’t live in the Northeast. He also posted me a couple of things I’d accidentally left in my old car. All staff are friendly and helpful with any enquiries. Would definitely recommend Petch’s to anyone.”

“Very impressive: delivery of my new car was delayed by problems with obtaining parts from Mazda but, in response, nothing was too much trouble. I was lent a car for 10 days, and when I did collect my car it was immaculate. Many thanks for all your efforts.”
