“Proactive and genuinely interested in selling their vehicles. reworked the numbers (quickly and without unnecessary delay) for me several times to compete with rivals and ultimately presented the best deal. The team at York were a pleasure to deal with and were ready and waiting each time we booked an appointment with them. The above may sound fairly straightforward but others dealerships such as Mercedes Leeds certainly can't manage this...”

“I loved that there were no typical used car salesmen here! George was friendly and informative and very patient when neither my husband or I knew how to drive an automatic! Wayne in the business team worked very hard to organise financing despite our circumstances being a little bit unusual. Loving my Kia Sportage but will definitely go back when it needs changing.”

“I recently bought a Kia Stonic. I was very impressed with the customer service that I received and the ongoing help. It was nice to know that if my salesman said he would phone with information, then he did, such a nice change nowadays! “I was Greeted by Matthew as I entered the showroom, and straight away was able to show me the latest model I was after. I was also shown the extra packages for keeping my car’s new paint protected and Gap insurance. In all making the transition to my new car very pleasant”

“The Service was faultless, from the moment we walked into the showroom, right through to picking up the car. I must mention Alan Copeland at the Durham branch, who was polite, understanding, knowledgeable, throughout. Even the aftercare, he gave us a call and video, to see if everything was ok. This is my tenth Mazda and the last few have all been dealt with , by Alan. Deserves some sort of recognition I think the company.”

“I had previously bought (a month earlier) a new car from Petch in Richmond. My work circumstances changed and I needed a second car. I went back to Joe at Richmond who listened to my needs and identified a great second hand option. Once again, excellent service, transparent finance options and no hard sell.
